Creative Exposures for Emetophobia

Anna and I have a lot of experience treating emetophobia. We know we are not the only ones. We would love to hear from other clinicians (and think it would be a great resource) about unique and effective exposures and/or eliminating safety behaviors. We have a great comment on the home page from Danielle that was creative and likely added some fun to a challenging process. Her suggestions were Mad Libs and writing funny haiku. That reminded me of a ridiculous poem I wrote for someone who loves horses.

Roses are red

Violets are blue

Horses can’t throw up

They can only go poo.

True about horses by the way. Please post suggestions/ideas in the comment section below.
